Pigmented Floor Coating

Description:
TOPSEAL is a pigmented coating based on selected resins. Formulated for use on interior granolithic, concrete, stone and similar type surfaces. For use in areas with heavy traffic, e.g. garages, showrooms, factories, schools, warehouses, hospitals and public buildings.

Topseal offers the following advantages to the specifier or user:

Application:
New concrete surfaces should be left for 8 – 10 weeks curing period before treatment. Alternatively, washing with 5% Acetic Acid solution will neutralise any free alkai prior to application.

Surfaces should be clean, dry and dust free or lightly washed with a detergent or degreaser to remove any oil or grease spots. If there is any doubt regarding cleanliness, the floor should be degreased or etched before application. If scrubbed, allow 12 hours for floor to dry.

Apply Topseal with brush or roller, ensuring the coating spreads to prevent pools forming. Allow first coat to dry for a minimum of 8 hours, preferably overnight. Apply second coat, if required, ensuring excess coating is not left on the surface. Allow to dry overnight.

DO NOT DILUTE. REPLACE CONTAINER LID SECURELY WHEN NOT IN USE.

Maintenance: Sweep floor regularly to remove dust and other abrasive materials. Machine scrub. On large areas a Scrubber/Dryer machine is recommended, to be used in conjunction with LOW FOAM SWIFT at the recommended dilution rates. For floors subjected to grease and oil deposits, a strong solution of LOW FOAM SWIFT is recommended. For full maintenance advice, contact your local A.D.GODDARD representative on 01603 424125.

Drying Time: Approximately 8 hours at 20°C Room Temperature/50% Relative Humidity

Coverage: 60 – 70 sq. metres approximately, per 5 litre container, depending on surface porosity.

Pack Size: 5 litre containers with removable lids.

Storage &Handling: To be kept in a cool, dry place. Protect from frost.

SHELF LIFE: 12 months from date of despatch (unopened containers).
